What a great staff Austin ENT Associates has! When you finally realize that your hearing has been steadily decreasing over time, its scary. The staff at Austin ENT put your fears to rest and explain how they can help the situation. From Nancy, with her great southern drawl who reaches out to remind you of up and coming appointments, keeps you posted about credits to your account and always greets you as though you were her best friend, to Lauren, who is so warm, caring, knowledgeable and professional and spends as much time with you as you need, one could ask for no better organization to help with hearing needs. Thanks for the work you do, for caring and for making my life better!
